Blended with milk or your choice of a dairy or dairy-free alternative, it offers a creamy texture that complements the sweetness of the mango, you can even add a drizzle of honey and customize it to your liking.
- 1 cup mango chunks (frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 tbs honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you like)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
Put the frozen mango chunks and the banana in the blender.
Add honey. Pour almond milk and, if you want it thicker, toss in some ice cubes.
Blend everything together until it's smooth and creamy.
Give it a taste to see if it's as sweet as you like. Add more honey if needed.
